The ITIL V2 Manager course is available through Hewlett Packard Education Service in Singapore. This is likely to be the last ITIL V2 Manager course that will be available in Singapore for 2009.
The scheduled classes are:
- 24 August to 28 August – ITSM Service Support
- 28 Sept to 2 October – ITSM Service Delivery
- 2-3 November – Examination preparation course, with the actual examinations scheduled for the 24 and 26 November 2009.
Good news for Singapore citizens and permanent residents! This course is endorsed by IDA for CITREP grant. In addition, Singapore-registered companies can claim Absentee Payroll support of SGD50 per trainee per day.
